Did first initial install of the right wingtip. I had trimmed the pieces the other day just to help with the install process. I'm also including AeroLED wingtip lights & strobes so if you look closely below youcan see the hole for the wiring harness.
Instructions say to first install the forward tip (they're split in forward and rear halves), then slip the aft portion behind the forward (there's a lip) and install cleco's.
Front portion looked like it was going to present challenges since it would not fit into the nose all that well but I kept sliding and it finally lined up quite well. Drilled holes for cleco's (I'm using what they call bulbous rivets that are made for riveting plastic parts).
Rear portion was more of a challenge than the front! Took many times on and off to get it where it wasn't perfect, but acceptable.
