replaced the left steering rod slide cover; old one got mangled during rudder rigging.
Snipped 2 rivet stems and ground down the burr after last week's riveting session.'
Drilled, test fit, and painted rudder stops. Still have to rivet.
After rigging flaperons, I encounted the typical binding when flaps were fully extended. I had to order two new AN5 bolts to provide extra length for a spacer washer. Removed old bolts, installed new bolts with washer between spacer and the vertical control rod bellcrank. Both sides. Works smoothly now.
