Brief Description: Parts prep, debur, mating, and inspection covers
Tedious, but not difficult.
Finished up-drilling all rib flanges to #20.
Deburred all ribs.
For the 4 ribs that ultimately have the flaperon brackets attached, I up-drilled the brackets and the ribs.
Deburred all other minor wing parts. Removed parts labels with MEK.
Drilled inspection cover screw holes, then cleco'd nutplates in place and drilled the rivet holes. Countersunk the rivet holes so these will mount flush to the lower skin.
