Brief Description:  Debur / Rivet / Know when to call it quits

The past few days have not been productive. This is the first time in 3 days I've touched metal. Odd weather (caused a lot of condensation) and new grandbaby coordination stuff just filled the time.

So, I figured I'd make some headway tonight.

Deburred the right outer flaperon skin, positioned it, cleco'd the top side skin with the hinge brackets hanging on the edge on the underside. Weighted-down the surface with lead shot bags. Riveted with A4 rivets. All square and level. Good.

Turned the assembly over; cleco'd the ribs into place. The guidance and videos (Homebuilt Help) suggest having two people to bend-over the leading edge of the flaperon skin to cleco it into place. Of course, I'm all alone with no helpers. I would've used the dog if he had the weight! After about 3 tries, it was obvious I was probably going to kink the skin, so I'll just wait until tomorrow.

On my prior plane build, I finally learned that trying to squeeze in that *last* leeetle bit of progress usually cost me money, so logic prevailed for once.
