Brief Description:  Replace 2 Rivets, install end ribs, fab L-angles

Flipped the horizontal stabilizer over so it was right-side up. As a refresher, the lower side was riveted the other day.

Two rivets had to be replaced; the ribs were pulled-away from the skin near the tips, so drilled them out and re-installed.

Positioned left end rib in place. Had to trim the lower aft portion off as it was too tight against the aft spar. (Had to do this to both end ribs). Once that was addressed, the rib pre-drilled holes all lined up nicely.

Regardless of what I've raved about previously, there *is* some actual fabrication involved on this project! I had to cut four 75mm sections of L-angle from provided stock. These serve as corner gussets for each corner of each end rib (2 per end rib). One braces the rib to the aft spar, the other braces the rib to the forward spar. Once cut to length and adjusted (fwd pieces have to be angled due to slope of nose portion of the ribs. Clamped in place and drilled thru existing holes in the spars and end rib. Removed parts; deburred and re-cleco'd in preparation for riveting.

Next task will be to rivet the L-angles to either the spars or ribs (will have to look it up), then fold-over the skin, cleco in position, and rivet. Getting close to completing.
