Next step is to get fuselage onto its wheels so I can move it around easily. To do this the engine mount has to be fitted. Still undecided on which engine to fit but the mount I have is for a 2.2 Jab.(Concerned I might have W&B issues with the small Jab) If I have to change mounts later so be it First thing was to cut and grind the bottom attach fittings on the fuse, I then found the mount would not go back against the Firewall, putting the mount on the bench I could see why. The bottom brackets on the mount have not been cut properly, I will have to cut them straight with the angle grinder.
