Fitted RH forward skin, did not like the amount of pressure required to pull the skin onto the ribs. Decided to pull a vaccum on the skins to reduce the radius. Then decided to replace the skin that had a small ding in it from transport and get it right seeing as how I had some sheets of 25 thou 6061 anyway. Cut the new forward skin and drilled the holes useing the old one as a template. I ran an additional 5" strip of 6061 along the lower part of the forward skin to bring the width 3/4" wider to match the top half. Taped this place. Cut the plastic sheet up that I already had. Clamped down a length of 42mm sprinkler pipe that I already had from building the Corby and with help from Louise pulled a vacuum on it. Came out good. Decided to do the LH skin whilst all the equipment was set up.This also is good.
