Fitted bushings to balljoints and pushrods. Fitted aileron, had to make hole bigger in rear spar to get more clearence on counterweight arms which were restricting "UP" movement. Elongated hole in rear spar where pushrod comes through, just to close to the bolt on the aileron horn for my likeing. Not overly keen on the short pushrod design, I think a ball link would have been better on the belcrank. The pushrod has to move up and down with the aileron horn, not by much but it does move. Luckily there is 100's of these flying so what do I know.
