Sonex 759 was purchased partly built from its second owner ( Craig Brown) in Tasmania.The collection involved fitting a Tow Bar to the Sports Wagon, hiring a 13' Trailer, travelling the 800 km from Sydney to Melbourne and accross Bass Straight on the Spirit of Tasmania ferry with my friend Eddie Morris and our wives (27/09/2014). With help from Craig we fitted everything into the caged trailer. Fortunatly the front section of the fuse was only held on by Cleco's and a coulple of bolts and came apart easily so it fitted into the trailer ok. A day spent looking around Launceston and we came back on the ferry (29/09/2014) and back up the Hume Highway. Sonex 759 was quickly unloaded off the trailer and into the garage. Everything then had to wait as the family was off overseas on vacation for four weeks.
