Brief Description: Oil cooler door and engine mount work
Fabricated louver to fit between oil cooler and engine with control horn to be connected to cockpit cable for adjustment of amount of air depending on ambient temperature. Torqued all engine mounts bolts at firewall to 175 inch pounds and installed cotter pins and torque stripe. Rigged mixture cable to travel stop to stop. Took addition measurements on cowling for trimming due to Whirlwind prop backplate interference. Whirlwind responded saying they will send a modified backplate but we will likely have to trim out nose ring on cowl.
