I placed the Cowl 10 inserts into the top cowl and sanded and fit as necessary. Step 9 ,,, Drilled #40 size holes and clecoed as to temperately hold the insets in place. Step 10 .. Sanded the area that will make contact with 40 grit sand paper as necessary. Step 11 … I located some Aeropoxy and e-cloth to bond the two parts together and added some Feather Fill to the area that still has a space into to insure a smooth airflow into the engine cowl.
