SECTION 45-16 (suplemental)
August 20th, 2010
Still hand fitting, hand sanding, and continue sanding (120 to 220 to 320 grit) the gull wing Doors to obtain that smooth perfect feel. Used 1 quart of UV Smooth-Primer from Aircraft Spruce to do both the gull wing doors inside and out with at least three or four coats each. I am very pleased with the final results. Then a spraying with Sherwin Williams DTS white primer and sanding with wet 400 grit sand paper before a painting with Jet Flex Water Reducible Agent White final paint on the interior of both doors. Now after all this I am finally going to install the Windows with Weld-On, next.
Time about 6 hrs.
