Brief Description: C-1011 L/R Fwd and Aft Latch Pins

Step 1, I located the C-1011 L/R Fwd Latch Pins and C-1012 L/R Aft Latch Pins but I could not find the 5/16 X 24 threads tap that I was to ream the sharp end of the pins with. So I ordered a set from Spruce Aircraft that should arrive next week some time. Step 2, I skipped this because I purchased from IFLYRV10.com a set of Cabin Pin Locks and the magnetic tips that screw-into the pins threaded ends. Step 3, Adjusted the pins or aluminum pipes which is what they really are so as no binding of the Latch Mechanism would occur. Added the MS-20392-1C15 screws to the Lacth Mechanism and really tested the workability of the assembly. It tested fine an before final closure I think I should grease the mechanism with a good quality lube. Step , Skipped this as I am not yet ready to attach the door to the fuselage. I glassed over the C-1017 Door Pin Blocks both Fwd and Aft.
