SECTION 45-12 2 Step 1, I found the C1009 Door Fwd Pin Block both Left and Right made out of a material called Derlin. Then I ground on the edges and fitted until it fit closely into the C-1002 L Door forward notch. Then Match-Drilled with a #12 drill from the Fwd Pin Block into the door skin. Step 2, Same as Step 1 but using the C-1017 Aft Pin Blocks. Step 3, Machine counter sunk the outside Door shells to accept a AN509-10 screw. Step 4, Attached both C1009 Door Fwd Pin Block and C-1017 Door Aft Door Pin Blocks with AN906-10R13 screw and MS21042-3 nuts. Match drilled using 7/16 through the Door Pin Blocks. Removed the Blocks and drill the holes with a 1/2 inch drill bit.
