SECTION 42 REAR SEATS BACK Page 42-3
Step 1, Placed the two F-637B-R/L Left and Right Angles on the left and right side (edge) of the F-637A Seat Backs as shown in figure 1. Then match drilled #30 from the F-637A Seat Backs into the two F-637B-R/L Left and Right Angles.
Step 2, Following the dimensions in figure 1 I drilled a series of 1/8” holes into the light F-637C Angles as shown in figure 1.
Step 3, Using a pneumatic air sander I beveled the center corner edge of the light F-637C Angles. I placed the angle firmly up into the top of F-637A Seat Backs, as shown in figure 1, clamped in place, and then match drilled in to the Seat Backs using #30 drill bit.
Step 4, I removed the eighth hinge eye of both F-10103B-L/R Upper Seat Hinge Half. Step 5 and 6, Clamped the bottom edge of the F-637A Seat Backs, the light F-637C Angles and F-10103B-L/R Upper Seat Hinge Half as shown in figure 2. Then match drilled using a #30 drill bit.
