Section 35 ACCESS COVERS and FLOOR PANELS Page 35-8 Steps 1 to 4 Skipped this page as it just talked about installing the F-1067A Seat Floors that should not be permanent yet. Section 35 ACCESS COVERS and FLOOR PANELS Page 35-9 Steps 1 to 3 Step 1, I Final-Drilled #19 all the screw holes in the F-1015D-R/L Mid Cabin Side Cover. I already have done this to theF-1067B Seat Cover. Step 2, I deburred the holes, removed the alodine, cleaned with Acetone and painted with DTM primer the F-1015D-R/L Mid Cabin Side Covers and the F-1050B Bolt Access Plate. Then I dimpled the #19 holes alone the bottom and all the #40 holes. And not forgetting I machine counter sunk the 4 AN509-8R8 screws as shown on page 35-8. Step 3, After dimpling I riveted the K1100-08 nutplates but and forced to wait until a new deliver of K1000-08 nutplates arrive to complete this page. Time about 1 hour.
