I am making a 15” X 13” shelf (on both Left and Right sides) to hold my ELT, Whelan Strob, additional battery and other tail cone avionics as seen necessary. I am using .125 Angle Aluminum and thin 0.20 sheet aluminum because I will be drilling and thereby fixing the mounting brackets of teh avionics into the 0.125 Angle Aluminum for strength. (not the sheet alumimum). Time about 6 hours because I had to design the whole thing.
