Section 28, FWD FUSELAGE RIBS, BHDS, BOTTOM SKINS … Page 28-5 Step 1, I bolted the previously created Control Column Mount to the F-1043B-L Forward Fuselage Bulkhead. But, I have yet to remove the hatched-out area as shown because my band saw is broken. The after aligning and bolting with an AN3-6A bolt, AN960-10 washer and AN365-1032 nut I Match Drilled using #12 the three holes. Step2, Then Final drilled all #12 holes in common the both assemblies as shown in Figure 1. Then unbolted the F-1043B-L Forward Fuselage Bulkhead and repeated for the Right assembly. Step3, After locating the F-1072 Bottom Skin I attached the F-1049A,B,C Left and Right Seat Rail Supports the F-1049D-L/R Outboard Set Rail Attachment, F-1048D Fuel Filter Bracket and the VA-188 Scan Mount Bracket from the bottom of the skin. Step 4, I drilled with a Uni-bit the brake line pilot hole to 5/8 inch as shown in figure 2. Then I Final Drilled #40 all the holes in common to the forward fuselage bottom and the parts clecoed. Time about 4 hours
