Section 28, FWD FUSELAGE RIBS, BHDS, BOTTOM SKINS … Page 28-2 Step 1 to 5.
Step 1, I broke apart the F-1043C Attach Angle into Left and Right parts.
Step 2, Clecoed the above parts to the side of the F-1048 L/R Forward Fuselage Ribs and final drilled with #19, #30 and #40 holes in the flanges.
Step 3, Machine counter sank the nutplate attachment #40 holes for AN426AD3-4 rivets. And located the following nutplates for attachment; K1000-3, K1000-08 and MS21051-L08.
Step 4, Located the F-1043G-L/R and the F-1043H-L/R Fwd Seat Rail Support. Clecoed the parts together and then final drilled all the #30, #40 and #19 holes. Then machine counter sank the nutplate attachment #40 holes for AN426AD3-4 rivets.
Step 5, Found and then broke apart the F-1043 Seat Rail Supports into both Left and Right.

Step 1, Clecoed the previous parts the F-1043 Seat Rail Supports and the F-1043E- R/L Seat Rail Supports together and final drilled all the #30, #40 and #19 holes. Then I machine counter sunk the attachment #40 holes for AN426AD3-4 rivets.
Step 2, Broke apart the F-1042 BCD Clips and Spacers as shown in figure 2, and deburred and labeled the parts.
Step 3, Clecoed the previously created Spacer F-1042D to the F-1042R/L Bulkhead Side Channel as shown in figure 3. Final drilled all the #30, #40 and #19 holes in common to the Bulkhead. Also machine counter sunk #40 nutplate attachment holes and #19 holes for a #8 screw.
Time about 3 hours because I have yet to deburr and remove the “shinny coating” and then prime the parts in preparation for riveting.
