Brief Description: Empennage Gap Cover on the tail of the aircraft

I am installing the Empennage Gap Cover on the tail of the aircraft in preparation for installing the Horizontal Stabilizer.
Step 1) Located and deburred both the left and right F-1094A Empennage Gap Covers and clecoed these items to the F-1073 Tailcone Side Skins and F-1032 Tailcone Longerons and the F-824A Side Cover Plates. Then I final drilled with a #36 drill bit all the holes that match and the two top holes in the F-824A and B Side Cover Plates. Step 2) Now, I removed the Side Cover Plates and the Empennage Gap Covers from the side of the aircraft now that the holes were final drilled. Step 3) Then I deburred the #36 holes in the Side Cover Plates and the Empennage Gap Covers. Step 4) Now I final drilled the #37 holes in the Side Cover Plates and the Empennage Gap Covers with a #27 drill bit and deburred the created holes. And dimpled with a #6 die the forward upper edge #27 hole of the Side Cover Plates and all but the last two holes in the the Empennage Gap Covers for #6 screws AN507-C632R8. Step 5) After deburring the seven, #37 size holes in the F-1073 Tailcone Side Skins and F-1032 Tailcone Longeron, I machine countersunk the holes for the dimple in the Empennage Gap Covers and Side Cover Plates. Skip the final #37 holes at the Empennage Gap Covers and Side Cover Plates as these are NOT countersunk for the screw head but the fiberglass Empennage Fairing is countersunk for this purpose. Step 6) Now I cleaned out the 7, #37 size holes in the F-1073 Tailcone Side Skins and F-1032 Tailcone Longeron that I machine countersunk. And using a #6-32 size tap; I taped the holes for #6 screws AN507-C632R8.
Supplemental ---- I also began final sanding of the Horizontal Elevator that included filling imperfections in the skins and riveting on the side faring and filling the holes.
