I have switched back to the “body” finishing work. I finally wet sanded both sides of the Right and Left Wing (I already painted and preliminary sanded both wings last year). This was the final primer paint sanding. Started with some 340 wet grit, then some 400 wet grit then moved onto some 600 wet grit sand paper and finally some 1000 grit wet sanding paper. All though it seems like a lot of work it was 95 degrees and the water kept thing cool and the 100 grit makes for a very smooth primer/finisher surface for the next step of Sherwin Williams Jet Glow Express in cloud white.
