Section 35 ACCESS COVERS and FLOOR PANELS Page 35-3 Steps 1 to 6

Step 1, I riveted the F-1024-L/R Seat Floors and plate nuts as described in figure 1.

Step 2, Rivet two K1100-08 nutplates to the F-1005A Rear Spar Bulkhead and two K1000-08 nutplates to the center upper flange of the F-1034A Fuse Bulkhead.

Step 3, After locating the F-1034F Seat Back Brace Closeout I clecoed it to the F-1034B Beat Back Brace and final drilled the holes with a #30 size drill bit. I removed the part and debured, removed the anodyne and then primed with DTM primer.

Step 4, After drying I again installed the F-1034F Seat Back Brace Closeout and riveted with LP4-3 rivets.

Step 5, I Final Drilled #19 all the screw holes in both the F01051E Rear Seat Tunnel Cover and the F-1051F Baggage Tunnel Cover.

Step 6, I dimpled the holes in the F01051E Rear Seat Tunnel Cover fwd edge for #8 screws and dimpled for #8 screws all the holes in the F-1051F Baggage Tunnel Cover except for the two holes in the fwd edge and aft flange. Then deburred the covers, removed the anodyne and primed with DTM primer.
