Brief Description:  Section 25 Mid Fuse Bulkheads section 25-2 and 3

Started the Fuselage today Section 25 Mid Fuse Bulkheads. Page 25-2 --Steps 1 to 4. Created the two F-1004N Stiffener Angles from AA6-063X3/4X3/4 angle aluminum. to 5 and 5/8 inch size as per figure 1 and match drilled the same as shown in figure 3. Steps 6 to 9. I then clecoed the two Mid-Seat Supports F-1004P L/R and then F-1004C L/R Center Section Bulkheads then cleced the assembly to the F-1004A Center Section Bulkhead as shown in figure 4. Page 25-3 .... Steps 1 to 3 were not necessary as these were already performed at the factory. Step 4 to 8. I test fitted the Test Fitting the Landing Gear Mounts to the Forward Bulkhead Assembly with AN-3 bolts as shown in figure 3. I then match drilled with a #30 drill the holes indicated in the figure following with final-drilling with a #12 drill bit. Step 7, I then machine counter-sunk the two holes as indicated in the figure with what will be a # 10 screw. I disassembled all of what I had been working on in the bulkhead assembly and deburred and machine counter-sunk all the nut plate attach holes for the head of a AN426AD3 rivet. Then using the Unibit I bored-out to 3/4 inch the two holes a the top of F-1004C L/R for inserting a bushing. Finally I removed the Aldine and prepped and primed the parts with DTS primer. Time about 6 hours.
