Filled up the left tank with 30 gallons of 100LL avgas and attempted to calibrate the fuel sensor at 2 gallon increments. Above 24 gallons the Stewart fuel gage float is at the top of the tank and the voltage remains the same. Even when sloshing around the tank. Then I drained all the left tank into 5 gallon contains and measured out 2 gallons from this and added 2 gallons at a time into the right side tank until I had 30 gallons. The right side seemed to go better but I most likely will have to redo the fuel tank calibration before I am 100% satisfied. The removed 15 gallons of fuel from the right tank and filled up the left tank so as both tanks contained 15 gallons for a total of 30 gallons on board.
