Finally got around to painting the inside with White Jet Flex water reducible paint. I have used about 1/3 of a gallon for the first coat and should use about the same for the final coat after I sand out some of the runs. The taping and prep work (sanding the primer and dings) takes a lot of time as compared to the actual painting of the Jet Flex. Also for those thinking of using Jet Flex interior aircraft paint the paint should not be applied in a humid environment as the paint is water reducible and the humidify affects how the paint dries. For me the minimum humidity should be no less that 65% to be on the safe side. Also you should wear a charcoal or other appropriate breathing mask, and leave the garage door open, and minimize you time breathing the paint fumes because even thought the white Jet Flex I purchased is water reducible it is still toxic as a vapor.

Time at least 8 hours because of careful taping to prevent paint drift and other prep work.
