Brief Description: Cutting steel C-rack 10” and Door Assembly
SECTION 45-11
Step 1, After locating the steel C-rack 10” I cut both pieces as described in figure1. Step 2, Place into the latch pocket of the C-1002-L Door the previously created assembly from page 45-10 the C-1014 Handle Spur Gear and C-1006C Handle. Aligned and centered the C-1006C Handle Pivot and then I match-drilled with a 1/2 drill bit into the door shell. Step 3, Inserted the WD-1022 Door Handle Assembly through the C-1014 Handle Spur Gear through the just created 1/2 hole. Then Match-Drill #12 the two holes in the C-1006C into the C-1002L Door . Step 4, Repeat this for the Right Door C-1002 R.
