Brief Description:  Fabricate elevator bell crank bracket II

I cut the 45 degree angles on each end of the brackets and drilled the holes.

There are no instructions in the manual for assembling the bell crank and brackets, except:

"5. Do not over tighten the pivot bolt, the bell crank must move freely with no slack side to side."

Following advice from Nick at Arion, I am going to assemble it from left to right (or right to left):

AN4-33A bolt head, AN960-416 washer, bracket, bronze bushing, AN960-416 washer, bell crank, AN960-416 washer, bronze bushing, bracket, two AN960-416 washers, AN365-428A Nylock nut.

This is the advice I received from Nick at Arion :

" You should have 15 bronze bushes with the kit. I have drilled out the 1/4" hole to 3/8" and than installed a bearing from what would be the outside of the bearing towards the inside, file off the small bit which sticks thru, then use a washer between the bush and the bell crank. This will, in case the bolt rotates, give a better surface than the aluminum...."

Is there any value in lubricating the pivot bolt before assembly? If so, what kind of lubricant?
