Today is famously known as The Big Cut - bisecting the canopy. Time was mainly spent carefully aligning the tape to the line I had drawn on the roll bar. Cutting went smooth - big step done, and as many builders find, less climactic than one imagines. None-the-less, a goof here can be a $1000 mistake if a new canopy needs to be ordered!
