Assembled brackets that hold rollbar/frame to fuselage. Then ground and rounded one end of rollbar to clear 631C bracket. Then the real PITA!! Once fitted, the outer bracket had to be ground down so as to be flush with the outer skin. This took awhile, using course files and the Delta sanding station.
A little action from a dremel cutoff wheel and some files cleared some room for the 631C bracket.
