Finished prepping F-707 and 708 bulkheads, riveted them. Then started F-711 bulkhead in the tail - the front of the horizontal stabilizer will connect to the heavy bar stock. The bars were cut to length, deburred, then clamped to the bulkheads and back drilled. The plans call for tapering the bars toward the bottom for tri-gear aircraft - I'll read ahead later and see why - if just weight savings, I'll skip this one.
