Assembled trim tab. Changes this time included using JB Weld epoxy instead of fuel tank sealant (cures in 4 minutes instead of 4 days), and I drilled out and riveted while the tab was clamped to the straight bench and an L-angle to assure no twist. Worked great. Tab was then attached tot he elevator as in pic 2, hinge wire inserted, then safety wired to the spar (pic 2). I then attached the elevator to the horizontal stabilizer and checked up and down travel with the Smart Level - all in spec, and a damn straight trailing edge all the way across. I'll bolt the center bushing tomorrow, and the whole assembly can go on the wall so I can resume the wings.
