After laying out frame members, center plate was drilled and clecoed (through into table to hold frame rigid), Then, I layed out holes along inner frame flange and drilled, then clamped F-631B inner strap and backdrilled through. Watch out!!! Those strap want to gradually lift up out of the frame as you go along, killing your edge distance margin if not careful. Check every hole and tap with a mallet if need be.
