Big day - 7 hours. All parts deburred and dimpled, some primed. Van's gives a choice to dimple or countersink spar - I dimpled with the narrow dimple dies. Finished corner ribs by sanding some of the flanges to clear the step tube that will pass through.
Sanding drum made quick work of removing some flange to clear the step tube.
