Riveted bottom skins to spar - hard to reach, so Austin helped buck, and I did some alone (pic 2). Pain in the ass and slow going. Last pic shows the latest advancements in skin protection from flap skin trailing edges. Realized I forgot to rivet top skin to ribs - got that done. I am finding 3/16" twist in the flap despite weighting it down - probably from when the lower skin was riveted to the spar. I will finish the trailing edge and double check, plus research this a little online. The implication is a couple weeks of work went down the toilet and I will need to buy new flap parts. Too many rivets on the bottom skin to drill out, plus I am worried that I will damage some of the holes anyway. I'll decide later...aaaargh!
