Brief Description: Riveted leading edge, prepped wing skeleton
Clecoed and riveted leading edge (1.5 hrs). The deburred wing skeleton, countersunk spar, dimpled everything else (3 hours). Started testing some ballasts (used) and xenon HID bulbs (new) acquired off ebay. Have a used backup set, too, that was from an auto salvage. Any day should arrive my leading edge light kit (Duckworks, 100W halogen). I will dispense with the halogen bulbs and graft these HID lights into the par36 reflectors. Will need to fabricate an adapter and clamp, and will also look to modify the original light kit by moving it up more to get better light dispersion.
