Used the evil fly cutter (with its banshee screech from the underworld) to cut the hole in the end rib, drilled for the ring stiffner (seen in the pic), deburred all, riveted the ring and rib with platenuts. Drilled the tank filler cap flange and tank drain flange, debuured, countersunk. Next comes the monotonous task of tank disassembly, deburr everything, dimple, then it will be time for assembly with sealant.
