Today was spent drilling out fuel tank skins. I also countersunk the bazillion holes that attach the skin to the baffle. The the Z-brackets were removed after using the punch to drive out the center rod (pic2), then I drilled off the heads. I tried punching the rest of the pop rivet bodies, but do to binding and minor deformation, I drilled them out. Lastly, I drilled all the nutplate attach holes on the Z-brackets, as in pic3. I used a tank attach AN3 bolt and nutplate for a guide.
