Time to start the fuel tank. The construction is similar to the outboard leading edge. Ribs worked into place, clecoed, drilled. Then cut stiffners that fit the bottom skin - cut most to the wrong length accidently -@#$^!! I debated whether to tuse the slightly too short stiffners, but quickly decided to buy new ones and re-cut. $2 parts, $20 shipping and handling for 3 day service - ouch! Will serve as lesson to TRIPLE check everything before cutting. While I wait for the new stiffner L-angle to arrive, I proceeded ahead with the tank attach brackets - these attach to the rear tank baffle and then the spar (pic 3). A supplied jig sets up the middle holes to be drilled. All parts were marked in orientation after carefully studying the plans (and TRIPLE checking!!).
