Larry K would be having a blast doing this! Assemble right HS, match drill to #40 size (3/32 inch,as all skin holes), then disassemble the whole affair. Next time, deburr all holes, then dimple (countersink for thicker spars) skin and ribs, start final assembly.Couple notes - nose ribs needed a little fluting of the front web to pinch the nose in a bit to fit the skin better.Again, proving the flawless CNC punching of holes at the factory is the perfect alignment when all pieces were assembled.
