With everything clamped to prefection, I drilled out rivets on side frames and re-riveted (pic 1 drilled out). Then I re-drilled the side frame to bow frame angle (pic 2) on the right side - left was OK as is. Then, the canopy was replaced, and my original holes did not align on the left canopy side. I debated this one, and chose to re-drill new holes as can be seen in pic 3. These will be covered by the side skins, so wasn't worried. On the inside, which will be visible to me and any pax, I will conceal with a thin alum strip. When all was done, I did get an improvement in the canopy frame position - not perfect, but much better. Final tweaking will be done with canopy struts on and reinforcement braces done. So that will be next!
