My canopy frame has been bugging me for awhile - the sides overlap the fuselage sides over an 1/8". I played around with the frame today after drilling out the center bracket that holds the 2 halves together. When I clamped a board that threw some mor earch in to the bow frame, the sides puckered in tighter, reducing the gap. I ordered a new bracket from Vans - few bucks, shipping cost more!!!!
