While waiting a few days for help to drive all the wing skin rivets, I decided to build all my aileron actuation tubes and push rods. I had also skipped building the elevator pushrod, so I built it today since it is the same method of building. Several months prior I primered the inner surface of the tubes since they will be inaccesible to inspection in the future. When installing the Aluminum rivets in my aileron pushrods, I shank sealed them using fuel tank sealant in an attempt to protect against dissimilar metal corrosion.
