Another item that I wasn't pleased about was the previous builder's vertical stab. The majority of the holes in the spar were significantly over countersunk, and there were some blown out holes in the hinges. No better time like now to do a spar replacement. I also did a rib flange replacement on the lowest V.S. rib common to the fwd spar.
