Today I really buckled down and got through the majority of calibrations. Until now, I was fighting a pitch trim bug that wasn't allowing my trim servo to function. It turned out to be an easy fix that I had overlooked. Loose CB screw. Also, I had a local print shop spiral bind the configuration section so that it would be easier for me to keep track of my progress. After I am in the air, I can continue to do the remaining "in-flight" checks on the autopilot and AOA.
