Brief Description: Fabricated Tank Attach Brackets and Trap Door
Fabricated and test fit right tank nose rib reinforcements. Fabricated tank attachment bracket. Fabricated vent line clip. Fabricated fuel tank trap door assembly. Modified fuel tank capacitive level probes for edge clearances. Installed nut plates and mounted probes to the ribs. Installed fittings in tank inboard rib for fuel return and vent lines. Bent, flared, and routed vent and return lines. Installed BNC connector. Countersinked rivet holes in tank skin for rear baffle attachement. Cut rear access hole in rear baffle. Drilled and test fit reinforcement ring and tank access cover.
