Final drilled spar reinforcement and spar channel to #30. Clecoed parts together.

Clecoed hinge brackets to rear spar and drill to #30.
Clamped center hinge bearing to center hinge brackets and clecoed to spar. Match drilled hinge assy. Enlarged hinge bracket to spar mounting holes to #12.
