Shaped elevator counter balance per specifications. These come from the factory in pretty rough shape as you can see from the picture. The plans call out to remove a portiion. Used band saw to cut. Learned quickly how well cutting oil works. Band saw cut like butter with the cutting oil. Then final shaped with a file and sanded.
