I've built this empannage 2 other times and decided to sand, straighten and flute all the kit pieces at once. Plan to then get all sub-kits clecoed together, then do all the drilling at once, then all the deburring, dimpling and then have one big priming session. Then all that's left is to simply rivet it all together. My thoughts are that I'll be able keep momentum going by focusing on common tasks together and shorten the construction time.
