Lots more trimming...making many small trims. Made the "big cut" separating the windsreen from the rest of the canopy. All went well. One issue I am seeing is a gap between the canopy and the rear frame. Approx 3/4". Looked on vans airforce blog and found this gap is common. Just need to be careful not to trim any more unless absolutely necessary.
Planning to "sikaflex" or glue my canopy to the frame. This will provide a superior bond vs. pop rivets every 2 inches.
