Brief Description: Built Left & Right Stabilizer and Rudder

Started Construction... Left and Right Stabilizers and Rudder. All went pretty well. I can see some places that I would modify given more time and I think I would have been a little more precise with some of the ribs... Good progress, no problems really. Jon was a good helper today.
